By placing an order with Decals & Stickers — through this website or by any other means — you agree to the terms set out on this page. If anything here doesn't make sense, or you'd like it explained before you order, contact us first at hello@decalsandstickers.com.au.

You're responsible for the artwork you send us. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own it, created it, or have permission to use it commercially — including any logos, characters, fonts or photos it contains.
• It doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

We print in good faith and don't police copyright on every order, but we reserve the right to decline or pause any job we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights, contains unlawful content, or that we're not comfortable printing — with a full refund if production hasn't started.

If a third party claims artwork you supplied infringed their rights, that's between you and them. We're a printer, not the artist, and we're not liable for content you provided to us.

Every order includes a free artwork check — our team reviews cut lines, resolution and colour before anything goes to print, at no extra cost.

If you'd also like to see and approve a visual proof before we print, select "Yes, please!" on the product page. This adds a small fee (shown on the product page and again at checkout) and 1–2 extra business days, since it means pausing for your sign-off rather than going straight into the production queue.

If you skip the proof step, you're telling us to print exactly what you uploaded. Once you've approved a proof, we print to that proof — if an issue is visible in the file you approved, it isn't something we can reprint for free under clause 8.

Standard production is 1–2 business days from your order (or from proof approval, if you asked for one), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. File issues, payment holds, high order volume, or public holidays can extend them. Orders over 1,000 pieces, multi-design orders, and specialty finishes (metallic, holographic and similar) may take longer than our usual turnaround — we'll get in touch if your order is likely to fall outside our normal window.

We print as close to what your screen shows as we can, but every monitor, phone and printer renders colour slightly differently — small colour variance between what you see on screen and what arrives isn't a print defect.

Die-cutting is a mechanical process. A cut line within roughly 1–2mm of your artwork's edge, or a finished sticker within 2–3mm of the size you ordered, is within normal tolerance and isn't eligible for a reprint on its own.

All orders ship with free standard shipping; express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00 (the rate shown at checkout is always the one that applies). Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed — once your order is handed over for delivery, transit time is outside our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect address you provided, redelivery costs are your responsibility.

You can cancel or change an order any time before production starts, free of charge — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it in time. Once your artwork has gone to print, we can't change or cancel that order, since the materials have already been cut to your job.

We stand behind what we print. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the proof you approved (or the file you sent, if you skipped a proof), let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll reprint it free of charge — no questions asked.

Our guarantee covers printing and material defects — it doesn't cover a sticker after it's left our workshop in good condition. It doesn't apply where:

• The sticker was applied incorrectly, to an unsuitable surface, or in conditions outside normal use — for example wet, dusty or oily surfaces, or extreme heat or cold at the time of application.
• The sticker has been pressure washed, or cleaned with abrasive materials, solvents, or anything not safe for painted or laminated surfaces.
• Damage results from normal wear and tear, an accident, or handling after correct application.
• The issue matches the file you approved at the proofing stage, or the artwork you supplied if no proof was requested.
• The order was within our stated colour, size or cutting tolerances (see clause 5).

None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see clause 11.

Because every order is custom-made to your artwork and specifications, we don't offer refunds once production is started. Where a reprint is the appropriate fix under our guarantee (clause 8), we'll reprint your order free of charge once the original order is returned to us and checked by us for defects. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or attempts to contract out of the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
